Hi,
here is another image from Scotland, taken near where I was staying on Skye.
This was taken with either a 75mm or 90mm on my Ebony, probarbly 75mm, with a 2 stop grad. I underexposed the tranny a bit, and I have another which I will push at the development stage, but I wanted something to scan so I had a go with it as it is, most of the image lightened ok, what do you think?

Looks mighty fine to me.
Love looking at all those stones , which sends the eye nicely to the BG.
The composition seems to work fairly well here but somehow I feel there is something missing. I can't quite put my finger on it. Exposure wise I think this is fine - a little under exposure has brought out lots of textures and made the light seem more interesting to me. I might have been tempted to see if the large white stone on the lower right could have been used to a greater extent as a lead-in/foreground interest. Good work, keep them coming! Tristan

Stunning detail, lovely colours & great contrast
Just not at all keen on the crop Tom - sorry, and it is only MHO, but there's a chunk of sky missing or more foreground missing on the left - square or nearly so never works for me especially on landscapes

Thanks guys, I know what you mean about there being something missing, perhaps the correctly exposed image will work better, I'll see when I've had it developed.
Andy, this was taken on 5x4, hence the nearly square aspect ratio, I rather like it myself.
Seems a touch blue to me overall, although this could be as it was, or maybe a result of the underexposure {or maybe i have become too accustomed to the colourful rocks of my local coast}.
I like it though

Hi Alan,
You're right, it is a bit blue, I was unsure whether to try and correct it or not. Here is another version, I tried to make it a bit warmer and lighter, not sure if I got it right though. Which do you prefer?

Lovely landscape image, great composition and colours and the detail in the rocks looks fantastic. Not nits from me.
cheers
Sean
On reflection, I am certain the second version is better, so I've taken down the first. Thanks for the help.
