Locations for Lassen and Mt. Shasta?

Hello all...I'm heading to Lassen Volcanic NP and Mt. Shasta for all of 2 days this weekend. I know it's barely enough time to scratch the surface of these regions, but I was hoping for some suggestions on good locations for sunrise/sunset shots in either Lassen or Mt. Shasta. Anyone?

Heart Lake or Lake Siskiyou have a great view if you want water in the scene.

I'd pick one of the two places, one day is not enough considering how hot it is up there at the moment.
