Many of us travel the Gorge for the beautiful falls and lush greenery. I have taken a number of images of the trails yet normally I don't like the way they come out. I took this one last winter. I do like the way this one feels and think it does a pretty good job of showing someone what it's like hiking our wonderful gorge trails. Yet I would be curious what others think of this piece?

Gorgeous scene Adrian. Trail shots are tough but, you've done well on this one. It feels just slightly tight on the left side but, not enough to ruin it. The greens seem like they could use just a touch more yellow and saturation. Nice work!

I think it's a very inviting trail scene. Keep it, print it, it's nice.
Ditto on the greens, but geez this is a great shot. Really has that rainforest PNW feel to it. Good going, Adrian.

Thanks everyone for the comments so far. I agree now that I am looking at it the greens are a little off. Here is a bump on the saturation and added yellow. I like this one better too.

Very nice Adrian! I've never had much luck with these type of shots. Makes me want to try again.

Just right Adrian. It amazes me that the leaning tree on the right seems to make the shot for me. such things are usually a detractor but, in this case, it is really an asset to your comp.

Great shot, Adrian. I'd like to be walking along that trail right now taking in the sounds, smells, and colors of the forest. The color in those leaves on the trail have me drooling in anticipation of Autumn!
