Downtown
Shot this from the eastside esplanade a little over a month ago and found some nice foreground to work with. Nothing crazy here, but OK, I think.

Love the clouds.

The clouds/sky are very nice Rick, and the skyline good, but the FG foliage is not working for me. I think it's mainly the big guy on the left poking so high up past the horizon.

Very nice sky Rick. I think I have to agree about the tall one on the leftside.

The clouds are the strongest element here, but the foreground is interesting and a little different than the usual waterfront skyline shot. Under softer light, this could be a real gem of a spot.

The hard light and that tall flower are killing this shot. This looks like it has potential though. The comp is otherwise good and those clouds are sweet.

The backlight skyline doesn't work for me. Perhaps an am shot would've been better for this comp?

I'm not really feeling this one bro. The city needs to be lit up more. Maybe a morning shot as Michael suggested. Nice clouds though.

I agree. Maybe this is a candidate for some good ol photo art.
