Hi Folks. I've just finished packing for my trip and just have time to post my last fox shot (for the time being anyway). Hopefully, I will have some tasty African wildlife shots to share with you in a couple of weeks.
This fox photo won't be for everyone. It is quite tight in the frame and the vegetation encroaches a little, but it was memorable for me sitting only a few feet away and I love the engaging expression.
Camera: Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II
Lens: EF300mm F2.8 IS L
Shutter speed: 1/250 sec
Aperture: F4
Exposure compensation: +1/3
ISO: 400
Tripod & Ball Head
Dome Hide

Lovely shot Ellott
Slight nit - feet a bit tight to the bottom of the frame, but it's a really nice image

Bags of character - love those ears.

Dear Millie, aka Barrie C. It seems strange that your comment came through to my email as though you had left a post here, but I see it no longer appears on this thread... slightly odd. Anyway, in response to your comment:
The reply left by Barrie Courtenay was:
Hi Elliot.it would be nice if you offered critique as well, come on play by the rules please
Millie
I do offer critique to others and 'play by the rules'. If anyone has a technical query or a web query, I always answer if I can help. Sorry I do not critique on every single image posted on here but some posts get enough 'pats on the back'. I will leave critique if I have something to say. If my presence is not wanted here, I suggest you let me or the mods know.
