Turnstone
A bit quiet on my patch lately, so this is one from early spring.

Ive got quite a lot of these chaps in my files, but none in breeding plumage {when they are extra attractive} so far.

Hopefully i can rectify this situation fairly soon, although they seem to be more skitish when dressed in their best plumage!

I was a bit too close for comfort in this shot {and had a x2 attatched}, and have had to crop a small amount from the RHS, and 'attempt' to add a similar amount to the LHS  .

Very nice image, with the raised foot, Alan. Now you are adding canvas, I think you can add a bit on top as well. Otherwise a lovely shot :toast:

A tiny bit too large in the frame. That aside: it is a lovely image!

Hi Alan,
Very nice image , tremendous detail , love the raised foot , agree with Helge and Rene , needs a little more room.

Kind regards

Lovely image and I like the raised foot - you have already identified my only nit as I feel it is still a little tight in the frame!

Hi Alan, I like what you made out of this situation. That rised foot is very nice addition and I like diagonal of the rock.

Cheers,
Marko
