Hi Guys,
Last night we had a great sunset over at my favourite nature reserve and i was feeling a bit experimental after having a bad day of photographing practically nothing all day...
So i have been testing on some sunset backlit shots and here's one of them...

Great idea,
but, and I am being hyper critical here - it might have worked slightly better shot with the aperture wide open - at the aperture setting used the 9 aperture blades have clipped the sun into a regular shape which is distracting, as the subject is in deep silhouette a shallower DOF based on the web and spider legs would not have affected the shot and returned the sun to a full disc? - ie for me the resultant sun bokah is distracting, it needs to be smoother and closer to a true disc shape
