Now that is is a month later, I finally have gone through some pictures I took on our family trip through Ouray. The scenery was outstanding. The advise from those of you on this forum made the trip fun and safe (lots of rain and washed out roads). I am a new member and hope to keep sharing and learning from this group. Shot with Canon 20D.

Good stuff. YBB is a great location. I like the second shot, but would suggest tilting it slightly more clockwise, all of the diagonal lines/slopes/curve of the stream in the top half of the frame seem a little distracting to the eye IMHO.
Hey Rodney - glad to see you got logged in okay. Nice range of scenes here - intimate to grand landscape. I really like the comp in the second shot, and you got some great clouds in there.
Both images look just a bit soft - do you do any sharpening after processing your 20D files? If not, a moderate amount of unsharp mask - or the increasingly popular Marc Adamus sharpening technique - are good starting points.

Looking forward to seeing more!
