I was playing around with the 100 macro out in the backyard the other day and shot a bunch of this Double Impatien. I like the all red of this one. Whatcha think?

An excellent exposure. You've got the color, focus and comp spot on in my opinion. Nice work!

Eric,
I think it's a nice and elegant shot. The tips of the pedals where the highlights are look a little oversharpened. What do you Think?

I like it, but I agree with Eric on the oversharpening. maybe another layer with some translucent blurring in the areas of oversharpening

It probably is a bit oversharpened for the web...it looks real good printed to 12x18" though

Since getting a macro, I've realized just how hard it is to get shots like this. Very, very nice.
