Fighting Ibex
This is as good an image as i have managed to get with the Ibex fighting,Not brilliant as the sky is abit bland, The rut starts November time so hope to get some better,They do seem to clash heads on a regular basis so its not just down to the rut, The other day i was watching some young ibex just a couple of months old doing the same so its definitely instinct

These I suppose are young ones "playing adults". I would definitely try to do something with that sky in PS, as action is too good to pass.

Cheers,

Great action, beautyfully decorated with the flowers :toast: :toast: Color the sky deep blue and it will be perfect!

Hi Dave

Great action and setting. Like Helge my only wish would be for a darker sky!

Great to get so close to these guys, but looks like you have had some difficult light to work with..
Well done!

Fine action shot Dave,

Almost gives the impression that the left-hand Ibex is looking at a mirror image of himself

Agree the sky is not ideal, but when the action happens, you take what you are given!
