Off Camano Island
Another photograph I've reworked a bit since getting CS3 and the updated ACR.

Canon 20D 100-400L @250mm ISO 100 1/125 @ f8.0

This was taken at an old river logging area on Camano Island, Washington.

Great comp Ryan. That singular post is separated well by the haze. I like your placement of the post/bird and the background mountain. Nice colors too. I like it.

Well done, Ryan. Love the layers in the hills and the placement of the subject. The heron and post are at just the right distance to neither be too prominent nor too obscure. Very nicely done.
