I haven't done a lot of shooting lately since I've had just about the most hectic and stressful summer of my entire life (working full time, school part time, and moving, all at once). But I finally remembered a medium format roll I've been meaning to get developed for several months.
I've been getting great feedback on this one, which I think is somewhat hysterical, but I think what makes the photo is knowing what's behind it:
(1) Shot with Holga 120N
(2) on 20 year old Ektachrome
(3) left out on the counter all summer
(4) cross-processed when it was finally developed
It's kinda neat looking, and it'll be in my show next month!
I'm the October guest artist at Photographers' Gallery in Cherry Creek, with the artist's reception being Friday October 5th from 6-9pm.
Also, as mentioned in the Fall Colors thread, I'm looking for an easy fall color trail to take my flatlander parents on when they're out here for the show. Suggestions are welcome!

That is interesting. its like you could interpret it as total brilliance or just an accident. Ill give you the benefit of the doubt

That's a pretty neat presentation, Rebecca. The perspective and unusual color and tonal qualities give it a surreal autumnal feeling.

Very cool, interesting and spooky just in time for the fall season.

Nice shot Rebecca. It's an interesting change from the normal fall image...
I have a friend that shoots a lot of street scenes with a Holga - can really make for some cool images. Congrats on your show as well.
