Another one of Rick Dunns inspirations
Taken near the same area as his sunrise shots, but this time during sunset. There was a fence here and I cloned the vertical posts, but I am not good at cloning and couldn't clone out the horizontal barbed wire of the fence, wonder if anybody has any tips on doing it right. Luckily the horizontal lines aren't very visible on this small of a file

Nice colors!
I use the scratch removal tool to remove things like power lines, etc. Works rather well.

I'd try the healing brush first. It looks like there's enough variation in the texture that a small brush should work.

I'd also recommend the Healing Brush.

Sweet light, Paul. I've never shot sunset up there, though there sure have been some stunning sunsets recently. I'll have to try it out!

I agree that the healing brush is the way to go if you have photoshop. I always have to clone out powerlines from my flatirons shots, and that does the trick every time. I got by without PS for a long time, relying on Corel PhotoPaint - the healing tool is one of a couple very useful features that got me to finally pick up PS a while back.
