Maybe a bit too magenta but I'll go for this. Your comp is quite spare so I think you should bag your sig in this one, maybe put it outside the photo.

Darren, welcome back. (Darren and I live in the same town, and I've even had the privilege of meeting Tiny.)
I really like the color and simplicity of the photo, and the way you've minimized the ocean to accentuate the moon and gull. I think Mark is on the right track with the spare composition, enough so that I find the LRC rocks and gull slightly distracting. (Maybe try a crop that excludes them?) One other small detail, it looks like there is a bit of a halo around the gull on my monitor, possibly form processing.

Thanks John.....I will work on this a little bit more and see what I can do.....there should be no halo around the gull because I did no processing of that area...it's all natural....I can easily clean up the LRC as you mentioned.....Thanks...
