I've seen a lot of Mt. Baker on this forum recently which inspired me to go there myself. Unfortunately after three days underneath and around the mountain I only saw it once. Here it is. Always enjoy the comments and criticisms.

You made the most of one glimpse of Baker in 3 days. My only suggetsion would be to boost the contrast a little, particularly in the FG. The sky, alpenglow and low clouds really make this.

Very cool! I think some foreground contrast would help. Very nice . . .

Great image, David. I agree with the contrast boost, but love the colors and exposure in the foreground. Great sky too!

Thanks for the suggestions. Several of you suggested boosting the foreground contrast... I'm not the most fluent person in photoshop and am not necessarily sure what that means. I tried some more work in curves, but not sure this is an improvement. Thanks for the help.
Beautiful shot, David! Love the sky, the clouds and fog. There's a lot o' sun on the mountain! Nice work.

Excellent job with the GND. This image really invites one to linger and take it all in. I wish I could step into the scene.

This image rocks David. If this is the only image you walked away from in a 3 day trip I say it was well worth 3 days, maybe even a few more if need be. I can just soak it up!

Thanks for the comments. I'll keep working on my PS skills. Tonight I'm heading to the other side of Baker and will probably be lucky to even see a cloud.

Gorgeous scene and composition! You really nailed this one. There's so much to look at. I think I like your first, less saturated, version better.
