I have a couple of old computers I am going to donate to charities. Does anyone know of a disc scrubber I can purchase to totally clean the "C" Drive of all information ?
Thanks for the help...

Both Norton and McAfee have that function.

You need one that creates a bootable disk. I believe the ones Dave listed only wipe empty space.
There are several free ones , like
http://dban.sourceforge.net/
It wipes the whole disk, including the OS. It's bootable from disk or CD, so it's not OS specific.

Thanks Guys - I appreciate the input. I was told yesterday that a friend has a scrubber disc and he will come to the house and do it for free !!!!! Not to bad a deal.
