R2400 Driver Issue with LR and CS3

I recently had to reinstall everything in my Mac Pro from the OS up. Now when I try to print from Lightroom and Photoshop CS3 the Epson driver has several selections lined through and unavailable to me. Those unavailable are PrintSetting, ColorManagement, PrintOption, PaperConfiguration, and ExtensionSetting. In applications other than Lightroom and Photoshop those options are still available. What have I done?

Did you try re-installing the Epson driver software after photoshop, etc?
