Yep - another Shepperds Dell waterfall image - sorry about that... but I think this is my favorite take yet. I'm adding this as one of 4 to the bank showing in Lincoln City, along with 3 others from the Gorge.

This one printed up nicely thanks to some of Mark's tips the last time we were at his place..

I like this one a lot, Ned - it's quite different than the "centered" versions that you normally see from the bridge angle. The leaf detail is outstanding, and I like the cool, feathered pattern in the splash pool. Above all, I like the arc of the falls and stream in the photo. Very nice!

Cool one, Ned! This Fall/Spring I hope to really put the 5D to good use on these classic areas.

Curious about Mark's printing tips, but I suppose I'll have to send some images his way to find that out.

This one is dead on Ned, easily one of the best I've seen of this icon.

Yes, Eric is right, it's quite 3D.

Wow, that is crisp and great colors even on my cruddy laptop. Is all that DOF from just one image? It is really stellar. I also like how you composed the image, it seems balanced even thought the falls are mostly to the right.

Now, this one is great, Ned! I love how you can see more of the creek below the falls. The greenery is SO lush. And the way the water hits the plunge pool is awesome. Good addition to the bank showing.

Best yet! I agree with you. The diagonal composition works well.

Thanks so much for the kind comments.. and yes, this is a single exposure. I am absolutely no good at blending and what not, so I only work with the best from each series shot. ACR-4 has sure helped!
