I like the mirror effect and the way you positioned it in the frame. You might play with the levels just a bit and get a little more intensity to the colors. They look like they might be a bit less intense than I would \normally associate with the light you have here, but since you were there you have to be the judge!!
You might also try cropping the right side and eliminate most of the dark shadow and see how the strikes your eye. I have tried that with a "hand crop" and it seems to help lead the eye around the shore of the lake more smoothly. Is this a shot taken this year and if so where?
