Saved a trip to Death Valley! :mad:

We got an inch or so today in East TN; day-long soaker.

Probably about 4-6 weeks too late, but maybe some stuff won't die.

Nice one. Doesn't it feel odd being both depressed and yet intrigued by the effects of this drought? We got 3 1/2 inches of rain Friday but it didn't raise the water levels yet.
