I'm starting to catch up to my photo processing - slowly. I now have most of my Shrine Ridge images processed, as well as a couple from the Bells and one from Summit Lake. Thanks for all of your help with the Shrine Ridge Sunrise shot; the one in this gallery is pretty much the final version.
As with my last few gallery postings, I'm using a "pre-release" gallery for the link; my July gallery is here. Thanks for looking!

Some nice stuff Les, some of them images have a warm color cast too them IMO plus the Bells shots need tilting CCW.

Nice stuff Les. Agree with Jody about the tilt n the first Bells image. But I totally love the Shrine Ridge Sunrise image! That rocks!

Have you ever tried a little fill flash to open up the flowers in the foreground. The one with the paintbrush and these flowers might really pop with a little fill flash.
I wish I could have been in Colorado in July.

Nice gallery, Les. I like the paintbrush. I wish I could get caught up too! Nice job.

Hi Les, Shrine Ridge Sunrise is a real standout! Really beautiful.

Thanks for sharing Les. I agree, the Shrine Ridge scenics are wonderful.

Thanks all for looking.
Ed, I made a decision - somewhat arbitrary, I'll agree - that I'm only using natural lighting for nature shots. Aside from that, the flowers at Shrine Ridge were in a morning shade that stretched for some distance - my SB600 wouldn't have reached far enough to provide even lighting.
Kalin, this is my attempt to fool myself into thinking I'm caught-up. I have a lot of work from last year that's still lingering...
Jody, I think *I* might have been a bit tilted last night when I processed the Bells shots! There's no way I shouldn't have noticed that... As to the warmth, I did do some color balance work to take out some excessive blues on a couple of shots; my monitor's not great and it looks like I went just a smidge too far on the Shrine Sunrise shot and perhaps the Maroon Sneezeweed, but I think the others are pretty accurate to the scenery at the time.

Nice stuff Les. I really like the Gore Mtn and both Shrine Ridge shots.

I like the "spotlight" effect on the marsh marigolds in this shot. The Gore Range photo ain't bad either!
