With four Velvias currently in use, I'm wondering about comparisons. New Velvia 50 seems to have more neutral neutrals, from what I've seen online.
I have plenty of 100F for the fall, but I'm still curious about the differences.

I was a fan of the old 50. I tried the 100F and did not like it that much. I tried the 100 and found it treats reds in a very hideous way. Shoot red rock in warm light and it looks like you went gonzo with the red saturation slider. I have been using provia lately, but plan to give the new 50 a try once my local shop has it in stock.
Don, shooting in the Midwest/Great Lakes I have not found a great amount of difference in the 2 Velvia 100 films (100, 100F). If by 4 Velvia you are including the "old" 50, I could never go back to that now that the 100 speeds have spoiled me with their lack of reciprocity issues. Haven't tried the "new" 50, but I'm pretty happy with 100F so probably won't go there.
Harley, interesting comment on the 100 and reds in warm light. We don't have much red rock around here (though there is some in a few places....).
