Hi
I'm new to this particular form. I'd sent few photos to travel & tourism dept of New Hampshire. They liked my photos and said they would like to make use of the photos and they sent me the Photographer Release Form.
I'd like to know, once I sign and send it to them, will I retain any copyrights for the image?

It depends on what the release form says.

It has been my experience when selling directly to tourism departments they want all rights. May depend on how hungry you are and not much good for a portfolio if you aren't named.
