Point of Arches, Olympic NP
I would like to have gotten into a position where I was looking down into the pool a little more directly but it meant walking on, and crushing, some little critters that didn't deserve that kind of treatment so I settled for this view.

I'm feeling like I need to be closer to the pool, Mark.

For the conditions you mentioned about avoiding crushing the critters, I think this is great. Love the colors you achieved with this. Perhaps a tighter crop??

To be honest, I'm luke warm on this image. The area around the pond doesn't have much too add to the image.

I'm with Erik on this one. I have a hard time finding a focus to pull me in, but it's also not quite an abstract.
