HELICON FOCUS for LANDSCAPE
I was going through some old files tonight and getting into the fall mood ( I was up at Mt Hood today in the snow!).

I don't recommend using Helicon Focus too often for landscapes. The conditions have to be perfect---i.e.NO WIND at all!. These 3 frames was shot late very in the day, at ISO 100, F16 at 1/2 sec. I left the watermark on the bottom ( used o be if you downloaded the lite version of Helicon Focus,(free) you had to crop out the water mark).

Anyway, Helicon Focus can be used for landscape, just not all the time.

PS--This is the Tinker;s Creek Overlook in the Bedford Reservation adjacent to the CVNP--last year.

Jack, That's a beautiful shot. Great colors. Not sure how much impact HF makes at f/16. Can you see a difference on your originals?
