Ned and I are at an art show in lincoln city...and it is SOOOO slow, we're catching up on some much needed rest. We're hoping to pull a combined gross of around $80 by the end of the day tomorrow! WOOOHOOO!!!
We're gonna make OUR money tonight at the Casino at the blackjack tables...so wish us luck there!

I remember those days. That's why I sold my booth and mat cutter and settled for a meager stock income instead. Knock 'em dead at the Casino instead.

Wow, now that looks like fun!
Mark W., from my limited prospective, currently the only difference between this experience and stock is you get to sleep on the couch while watching the Dawgs with stock -- the financial results are similar :-)!

Good point, Simon. However, I'll be sleeping on the couch while watching the Cougs, not the Dawgs.
Will anything of yours be left on display next weekend when I'll be there?

Did well at the blackjack tables! :) Would have done a little better, but I got too brave on my last hand ...and that's all I have to say about that
Kevin, There's a new photographer inside the gallery right now and the show we're in here just goes through sunday (this Sunday). I have another show next weekend also in town here(Lincoln City)but I think I have to bail out of it. It would be my only free weekend through the middle of Nov and I have to help take care of a friend who is having an operation. If someone is interested to take my spot and pay me my fee back, email me and let me know. I'll ask the folks running the show if it's OK. Its the Plein Air festival...and much mo betta advertised.

Well - the good thing is that the lady who has us in her store down there is making a deal for me with a local flower business to take all the images I have to market them in their store.. eventually they may find good outhouses to hang in... Oh, and I was way y y y too much of a wimp to gamble like Rick did - I put in $5 and left with $5 .....
