Well, I conquered my fears and checked another spot off my list this morning. This was shot from the train tracks in the middle of Reflection Pond, a dammed portion of the Androscoggan just east of Gorham, NH. And boy was it worth the risks...I saw 3 otters, a leaping trout, and great foliage colors!
Also while out there, I had varied degrees of mist and light, and liked the opening to the Carter Range that this allowed. It came out a bit high key, and am curious as to thoughts on it. Should I burn down the sky a bit more near the mountain???
