I have designed (and paid a programmer for) a software called MapMemo which is an easy tool to link all kind of files (photos, text-files,web-pages) to locations. Something I have been missing for years.
I'm using it a lot while taking photographs and shooting time-lapse films (www.stengel-film.com). Some other nature photographers especially from the US use it, too.
There is so much little software packages out there and I wanted to let you know about this one. It's in English and it is for Apple Macs only - for the moment.
