The water ripples are very nice as is the colouration of the swans grey with pink beak-but for me the composition isnt quite right

Everything about it looks good
Apart from the comp - which just doesn't do it for me at all, sorry Tony
Maybe flipping to a portrait crop might change it for the better.
i can see where you were coming from with the ripples and the bird in the part foreground but the composition doesn't pull it off....the bad part is i don't know why.
