I have seen some of the images from Silver Falls from our PNWNP'ers and they look great ! I assumed that it wouldnt take off and I was wrong ! Would it be too late by Thursday for any color there ? As well does anyone know if there is any color along the Columbia Gorge and if so where should I begin ? Thanks for any info anyone can give me . Thanks Kevin McNeal

Kevin,
Right now is a great time for the Eagle Creek Trail. Punchbowl Falls has some nice color looking down from the upper view point and then once you get up to Eagle creek falls there should be some nice reds and oranges.....I will be doing this hike next Saturday if I don't have to work!
Ill be all up around Hood tomorrow.....happy shooting!

I doubt it too late yet for color at Silver Falls, I'm heading there this week I think.

I was in the Gorge today, and it's still very early by about 2-3 weeks (the lower elevations in the Gorge usually peak around Halloween). The high country is already peaking, if you can find your way through the rain and snow!
