Christmas Tree Worm on fire coral somewhere off the coast of South Sinai. Techs lost in the mists of time as I am just getting round to scanning some images from the late eighties. But it was taken with a nik V and strobe on a night dive.

A reference book type shot. And with quality too.
Not sure I'd want it hanging on my wall, but I could see it on a sea-life center display or something similar.

You did well to get so close without it snapping shut - or is it a biggisg crop? Just looks a little contrasty, perhaps as a result of scanning.

Hi John,

Good to see something different and underwater is surely nice. I find the shape of this animal fascinating and contrary to John, I can see this as fine print on the wall. To make suggestion, I would cut it in upper part to make it more in balance.

Cheers,
Marko
