Another shot taken on the same day as the African Crowned Crane from my previous post. I'd love to go back and get a similar photo with a much cooler light.

Doesn't quite work for me Brian, although i realise there are often difficult restrictions with captive shots.

The close framing or crop seems a good idea, but i feel there is not enough sharpness/detail, especially around the eyes.

Thanks for the feedback Alan! I'll definitely be going back to try and improve on this shot.

As per Alans comments Bryan - but definately worth another go as the shot has some good potential as a portrait without doubt
