Earth Shadow...
Painted Hills from my trip last weekend with Rick. We only stayed there for a few hours cause we had to get back and wanted to shoot other things. But this is definitely a place I want to spend a full day or two to shoot all the contrasting elements as the sun goes through the sky. Thanks for looking.

I love the colors here and the nice dof. The tree there seems a little out of place, but there isn't much you can do about that. It doesn't lessen the impact of the image, though. I like the overall comp quite well.

One of the moodiest painted hills images I've seen. I love the grass clumps as a fg element. This is a keeper.

The grass makes this one for me.

Wonderful work Jeremy. This is a great comp all around. I did see the tree before reading Ryan's comments but I am not sure it really bothers me. It's too far off and my eye is busy focusing on other areas. Again, great work!

Wonderful juxtaposition of colors. And I agree with Sean about the mood- Iike it!

The grass is way good, someone has to chop that tree down and the skyline looks overly sharp. Other than that though, I really like it.
