Roxborough Park is on my list of nice places to go this time of year for close places. taken Sunday during some misty rain.

Very nice colors you've captured in the oaks Roger. When they change well, I think the oaks offer just as much as the aspens and cottonwoods. The layering is nice here, but I'm not sure about the centered pine.

I like 'em both. You might try spicing up the saturation and contrast a tad to make the colors pop.

Roxborough is one of my favorite places, not just for the landscapes but the wildlife opportunities. You practically have the shoo the mule deer off the trails, but I get lots of bear, fox, and coyote pics there as well.

Nice stuff Roger. I agree on the saturation boost suggestion. The top one would make for a nice pano crop too.

I like 'em both but I'm really fond of the second one. I think the contrast and saturation boost will make both of them even better. Nice work, Roger.

Nice shots. I like the color in the first image. I agree about the saturation and contrast.

I like the second one better. I also agree with others about saturation.

I really enjoy Roxborough for the reasons evident in your shots here. These are both very nice. Some color/contrast tweaking might work well, but I also think the dreary feel of the day comes across well with the subdued colors.
