I decided to go to Muir Woods yesterday, as it had been raining and foggy last week.
I hiked thru Lost Trail, and came back thru Seaview Trail, the weather I think was perfect
for this area, but man it is hard to photograph the woods... I am posting here some of them.
Hope you enjoy it.

I like #2, 6, and 7 because they are more abstract. I think the difficulty in shooting Muir Woods is that the trees are so big it is hard to get abstract enough and on the flip side too big to show enough of.

Richard & Michael, Thanks for the comments.
Richard, I agree with you on the reasons for being difficult to photograph Muir Woods. I'll keep trying.

Hi Edward,
These are some very nice photos. I find myself specially drawn to "Foggy Grove" and "Forest View". While the others are lovely, thse two just seem to draw me in and almost make me feel like I am right there inside the forest. Good stuff.

Hi Ed,
Very lovely.....but then I'm prejudiced towards trees
I really like #1, Muir Woods, and In the Woods...
I have never been there before...thank you for taking me along.
Would love to go with you if you decide to go back.
