Remembering back a few weeks to an article posted by Nick asking us who our favourite Nature Photographers were, during my free time i've been giving this a lot of thought and have been looking through some of the 1000's of tearsheets from photo mags that I have and quite agree with Tom that Laurie Campbell does indeed have good coverage and that he along with the Stephen Dalton with his wonderful books should be an inspiration to us all.
Whilst looking through some back issues of Nature's Best Photography magazine from the states (http://www.naturesbestmagazine.com/) I also was re-aquainted with the stunning work of Ben Hall and a french photographer who most will never have heard of; Jean-Claude Teyssier
(http://www.jeanclaudeteyssier.com/) who does mainly very close up macro work, I thought one or two may wish to visit his website and view some of his amazing images

The other guy who hasn't been mentioned is Steve Bloom. I know he caused a bit of a furore early in his career for digital manipulation. I've just bought all his books which are ridiculously cheap on Amazon. He has taken hundreds of stonking images.
