.........being eaten by Kingfisher

Hi All,

Another in my series from the recent Kingfisher shoot. Still editing them for the website. I noticed on my patch last night a pair of Stoats, so will be looking into getting them over the coming weeks.

All comments welcome

Hi Alan,

Thanks for your comment. I hate nights it really messes up my body clock, plus the fact we go up there Sunday afternoons to get a full week in, so really only have one day for the weekend, I don't sleep very well during the day so I am constantly tired, anyway I finish for xmas on the 30th of Nov and don't go back until the new year, so counting down the days!

Regards

Rob

Heres a good tip for sleeping in the day

Get yourself a travel eye mask, its really works for me  .I go to bed about 7:00am, then usualy wake around 10:30, put the eye mask on(cuz of the light coming through the curtains), then i dont wake until about 2:30-3:00.Usualy get a good 7 - 8 hours sleep

Before when i was not using the eye mask i was only getting about 4 hours sleep, and i used to feel really bad when on the nights  .

Anyway sorry to take this off the main subject of your shot  .
