Ok, who here is the youngest? I've been to a couple of the events, and met a few others on my rounds, but i always seem to be the young pup?
Ok, i'm 29 (sorry Andy i said 28 to you, i forgot my age!), anyone else under that??
Edit by a Mod - Interesting post. If you would also like to fill in the poll of the bottom left had side of the news page HERE it would be appreciated, it also lets you do this anon amd may be useful from an events point of view in the future

I'm 28 but not for long... but there must be someone else....
OH, come on, Justin! How heawy your camera is after all? My Arca is 3.5 kg without lenses and I'm just slightly younger than you are!
Ok,that's a fair point Marko In addition I guess your Slovenian mountains are somewhat steeper than our moderately sized Dorset hills, so perhaps I shouldn't complain really

That said, I would like the poll to be used in conjunction with this post so we can see the age range for I reckon that we are on average the youngest serious group of Nature Photographers in the UK - hence the future.
The NPP which I belong to would have an average age of about 55.

Sorry to put a spanner in the works Tom, and shift the balance
I didn't think i would make it this far, but ive managed to reach the age of 55, and still retain some hair and a tooth
In certain light, and at the right distance, i reckon i would still pass for 35 though {probably dusk, and fifty yards should do it

That's my age but as for maturity..............

Me a grumpy and sad 52yrs....
However my Grandson did get me to post one of his Fallow Deer images when he was aged 7yrs.....
It certainly beats 18-30
Now we have to find a few 'retired' to balance the numbers..

Funny how you guage people's age by their names....... was a long way off most of your ages
