I will be in Texas between Christmas and New year.I will be at the upper coastal and central coastal areas.I got all the maps and guides but can't seem to get any info on which sites are good for photography.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Someone local should publish a photography site guide for the area and charge $50 ala Arthur Morris

Michael,

First, take a look at this site: http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/huntwild/wild/wildlife_trails/coastal/

Start with the upper TX coast, there are lots of sites from 50 miles southwest of Houston to the Louisiana line. If you see something of interest send me an e-mail and I'll try to give you the benefit of anything I know about the specific areas.
