It looks like this image is becoming classic for our autumn workshop. We took it on previous occasion too. I know that layers have been done infinity times, but I'm addictive. I can't resist taking another one. Or a couple of them that is .
500 mm + 1.4 TC, tripod, digital (one needs to jump at one point I guess)

This has got to be the best 'mach band' landscape I've ever seen Marko - awesome

Excellent shot. The combination of shades of grey against the yellow sky is a winning combination and the clarity and crispness of the mountain peaks is superb.
This is superb, I love this type of image and this is up with the best of them. Really lovely and clear with superb colours.

Whats happened to the LF gear?! Very nice long range tele shot with great blend of tones and shades offset very well by the colourful hues in the sky. Top work
Tristan, if you are interested, Guy Edwardes will join me this winter for location scouting, and you are wellcome to join us.
Dave, LF gear is all right! It's increasingly difficult to get film around here, but since we are in EU, it would be simple to get it from on-line stores in Germany or UK when last store in Slovenia will be unable to supply me with it.
Last year I was using Arca during workshop, and realised that it's a no-go. Tour leader could not afford to be the one participants are waiting for to take his photo. And secondly I don't owe a lens that I could take this photo with on LF
