That will be the CPU cache, how much main system ram IE DDR2/3?

Also "Space for second processor if required"

Is this a XEON or Opteron system? As none of the main stream boards/processors allow multiple physical CPU's

So long as the graphics card has dvi-a/dvi-d outputs and a high enough resolution for you, then it should be fine. PC's don't make much use of graphics cards unless it's for gaming  - CS3/Web/Office should be fine with what you've got. You might want to change the 80Gb drive for something like a 150Gb WD Raptor 10K drive - will speed things up a little bit

I have a Dual 3.2 with 4gb of memory and fined that fine for my PS and C1 needs... Tom the NVS is fine for 2D work, our graphic artists use them at work.

The graphics card will be fine, it's more critical for 3D stuff. I still don't see the RAM but if it's 4GB (you put 4MB), then that's fine too.

IF it is 4Gb, its fine, but i think the price premium for going Xeon is probably not worth it? Are you likely to need an Oct processor system?
I could probably spec up a mainstream system which will have the same spec and quad core cpu for less.
