You all know who Salvador Dali is don't you?

Mark,

Not familiar with Dali's Watch, however, I am familiar with his "Melting Clock" :-). I like your image.

Would it be appropriate for me to post my wider comp?

Regards, Simon

Interesting differences, eh, Simon? To me they have different feelings entirely.

Mark,

Yes I agree, the same basic location but the feel of the two images is very different. On a similar note, we should also ask Rick, and the three of us could post our take on the other location in which we were shooting in close proximity and see the differences. Rick you up for it, Mark you?

Really super, you guys, both of your shots. The color and design are definitely a la Dali. C'mon, though! Fess up. Where is this?

Here's mine...and yes! I'm ready for the post...lets do it. Do you mean in ESS? I can post after 4:12-ish on saturday.

Mark and Simon, I dig both your shots! I have to thank Simon again for this one. He pointed me over to the area where there was more wierdness.

Whoa! I love this. My kinda image! Why don't you post this on NPN ESS? the last is the best, but it's a tough choice!!

Hey, yous is pretty nice, Rick. Seems like you're above mine and Simon's looking down. I like that the calcite lines stand out more in your shot. Sweet.

Great shots guys. It was very interesting to see how each of you interpreted the same scene with striking differences. Cheers all around.

All great images guys. And great title Mark, I knew before I opened it that I would like it if the image was resembling his work in some way, which it does. I really a like a lot of his pieces, my wife and almost made the plunge while in Paris to get one of his limited pieces as an investment but ended up not doing it. Again, nice work, all three are different and cool!
