Zebra Lines
This is taken at Mirror Lake trial this summer, Yosemite, CA. Pls share your valuable thoughts.

Thanks,

Murali,

This is a nice abstract. I like the curves. It looks like the foam on lower right edge is a little too bright. Also, you might look at darkening the area where the rocks are showing beneath the surface-they distract my eye from the nice lines and forms.

I see that you are fairly new to NPN and CANP. Welcome! We hope to see more of your work! Thanks for your participation!

Murali,

I definately like the receeding patterns of the foam and this is indeed a nice abstract. Nice exposure and I really can't find any nits with this image. Interesting to know this was on the way to Mirror Lake - I haven't been that way in a dozen years....

I like it...and I agree with Preston....
I like the leading line that curves your eye and causes me to follow it..
Nice composition.... and Welcome!!

Hello Murali,

I like this too. In my humble opinion, the rocks actually look nice and there is no need to work them out of the composition. Without them, the photo would become very trite and would fail to capture my interest.

Regards.

Cool looking abstract! Nicely done. Works for me with or without the rocks.
