Looks like a classic car with a moustache. Cool shot!
I like it as presented, but it might be interesting to play with the sky a little, darkening it a bit perhaps?

Paul,
Great shot from Bodie. I like the "head-on" (pun intended I guess) composition and I think the selective focus, shallow dof works very well here. While the sky is ok for, considering the selective focus anyway, what is really interesting is that the sky has color, yet the rest of the image is monochomatic. Almost sepia like. Did you do any special processing or masking?

wonderful! I've been hunting down old rusted out vehicles to photography myself as well! Looks like you made a great find!

Hi Paul,
Sorry just got back from leading 2 group trips to Elkhorn Slough.....
...and am recovering from MY "head-on".......
I LOVE the processing and mustache, very cool....
it works with or w/o the sky...but you got clouds and a little blue,
so like Lon said....gives a neat feel as the rest of Bodie IS so monochromatic...
Outside at least.... another story when you get Inside...
I like your symmetry...
Didn't I just SEE those headlights "Flash"??
Looks like a color IR image??
Very nice feel....well done!

Great area. I love the composition! I don't know if I would have included the sky. Either way, I love it!
It's a real cream puff. Only driven to church on Sunday by a little old lady from Bridgeport...
Thanks for the comment.
