Hello everyone, here is some of the best color I found on my trip out west. This was in Sundance, Utah. Thanks for looking and C&C appreciated.

Beautiful color and a nice combination of tree variety Gale. The colors just jump off my monitor. I do find the UR to be a bit distracting. A little PS work should take care of that. Thanks for sharing.

I love the color - especially that little yellow-green area in the distance. And the contrasting textures in the trees adds a lot of interesting details to explore. Gorgeous!

Love the colors in these trees, the reds really stand out and there is a lot of texture throughout the photo. Nicely done!

Wow! A veritable cornucopia of fall colors! I too like the various shades and layers of texture you have captured here.

Spectacular! I can only imagine what it might have looked like if you had made it there before those naked trees in the foreground were, uh, naked! It looks like the wild west has much better fall color than our humble home state this year.

Gale, the colors are really nice. Just a thought, what would it look like if you crop the top few inches? Thanks for sharing.

Tom and Wayne thanks for the critique. I cropped the top a little, I had to replace the original image. I couldn't figure out what Wayne meant by UR that stands for upper right. Now I know
Thanks for all the nice comments everyone.

Gale, I like the new version better, my eye is drawn to the foreground now rather than the UR. You should be able to post the new version without replacing the original by posting the new version in your reply. Look at the very bottom for the statement that says:
