Two Rivers Park
Hopefully this isn't as lame as the GBH photo I posted earlier!

I did some selective editing on this one, ie, I darkened the grass by about a half-stop in Capture NX because I overexposed the scene a bit.

Shooting data: Nikon D200, Sigma 50-150 @ 92mm, ISO 200, f/11, 1/100 and exp comp +1/3 (but it should have been -1/3 probably).

PS: I don't know who the old folks are, but they are too far away to recognize therefore I doubt I'll need a model release.

PSS: Wayne, I have a pretty good shot of Emmett on the banks of the Little Maumelle River I'll post later on just for you.

Sorry for the excessive compression artefacts... had to get it under 200kb. :frown:

JC beautiful color and I like the placement of the park bench.

Nice park scene Jason. The "S" curve path, mid-frame trees & distant hills come together nicely. A touch more saturation & contrast boost would really pump this up. Great to see you posting! Can't wait to see Emmett again ... I've still got all my fingers!

Great composition Jason. Warm, peaceful and inviting. The background shadows really make the golden trees pop.

I wish I had time to take a few more, but I didn't want to draw the ire of the old folks. Thanks a lot everyone for your comments!

Nice shot Jason, Everyone should get ready to start seeing more and more photos from this park in the future. This park has had a plan for years now. The trees are getting big enough to start looking cool. It should be great one day. Not to mention all the deer. I remember some frosty deer photos from Marty.
