Of Short off Mtn -tail end of Linville Gorge. That is one end of Lake James on the right-unfortunately more of it couldn't be included from this view.

Very cool shot Leann! Is this from the Pinnacle area? Keep us posted on the color down in the gorge. I'm hoping to check it out this weekend.

Linda-You are Good!! That is exactly where it's from.Taken on Sunday evening so This weekend should be prime for color down in the Gorge.

Thank you for commenting. I take this lens with me always and it alot easier $$-wise to replace when bad things happen. :rolleyes:

Nice one, Leann. You should have stitched together 4 verticals instead of 2 horizontals so you could really bring home a boatload of pixels. Didn't you know bigger is better? :biggrin:

I always say if given a choice-go bigger! Truth is the verticals came out harder to blend the sky color frame by frame :frown:
