Trees (added color one)

This is taken at Yosemite Valley floor. I was attracted to the combination of foreground mess and yellow trees against gray background.

Not sure about this picture and composition. let me know your valuable comments. Thanks, Murali

You certainly handled the "mess" well. This works really well in B&W.

Nice job with the b&w - I think it does well with this scene. The foreground is sharp and that clump of "mess" works fine as a foreground anchor. I'm wondering how this looks in color?

Thanks Lon !! here is the color one. I clone a little at the upper left corner, just 1 or 2 small brush strokes. Nikon D70,18-70mm@44mm, f18, 1/8s, ISO200.

Murali, I'm not good with B&W so I could not comment about that post here. However, now that you have the color version I can enjoy and understand it a lot more. Colors and detail all look very nice to me. A very nice post overall.
