Catching up - Golden Gate Fall
I've spent the past two weekends doing stuff that should have been done long ago - like archiving my pictures to DVD "just in case". I also got to go back through some of those pictures and get them in shape to put up on the web, and while Fall is fresh in our minds I thought I'd put up some Golden Gate and Gilpin County Autumn shots.

Dory Hill Cemetery is one of my favorite Fall locations, both because it's within a mile of my house and because it's consistently got some great Aspen color. This is this year's display.

More shots at my rating test "gallery" for September.

Wonderful collection Les. I like the abstracts. Golden Gate (tied with Roxborough) is up there as my favorite Colorado state park for fall color.

Thanks all for visiting (and rating the shots...).

If you like Golden Gate and Roxborough, I would suggest also investigating Mueller and Cheyenne Mountain. Mueller especially has great color - it's just a lot further away than Golden Gate for me.
