Young Moorhen,Leeds Liverpool Canal,Crossflatts, West Yorks.Sept06.
Hi everyone - I was walking along the canal on the way to the local supermarket when I came across this. Just got two frames and then the moment was gone. The red is reflected from a large red lorry parked by the canal.

What do you think?

WOW
I wouldn't normally be too keen on this 'cos of the high PoV - but the situation just had to be captured didn't it - surreal stuff John

Fantastic image, pop art comes to nature photography.
The colours are fantastic - from a landscape point of view I'd be photographing the reflections on their own rather than the duck as it could make a great abstract water shot. I really like how you can see the ducks feet through its shadow. Tristan
